Mr. Palwinder Singh has been working in the property market for over 3 years now. During this time, he has been able to gain experience in all aspects of the industry, including marketing, sales, development, and management.

He is currently working with Sapphire Estate Agents Queensland as New Building and Development Manager.

He is a friendly, flexible, and helpful person when it comes to helping families purchase their first home or flat by providing advice on how to maximise the space available in their property, as well as providing guidance on building their home.

Palwinder is familiar with negotiating project documents, including development agreements, purchase agreements, ground leases, financial incentive agreements, and consultant contracts.

He is known to manage both new construction and refurbishment projects from conception through completion. His experience in new building and development has proven his expertise in the field and he outperforms in every project.
